[color=cyan]I'm stuck in a rut. I weigh in on Friday because my husband have the weekends off so chances are we'regoing to eat out. I figure if I'm bad over the weekend, I'll have all week to correct it. In other words, all of my hard work from the previous week is wiped out by 2 days of clearly unhealthy choices. As I sit here and post this I know it's stupid, yet I continue to do it. DIET BUDDIES WHERE ARE YOU?

I would try to limit it to one splurge a week. I work with a doctor who lost a lot of wieght by running during the week, and purposfully had a cheat day once a week. It did not slow her down at all. I don't think she gorged on food, just allowed things she wanted for that one day. That was last year and she has kept it off.
