Today is DAY ONE of my no carbs/sweets/sodas etc. Today has not been too hard at all. Though I made pot roast and my family ate all parts of it with biscuits too. Me I took out the potatoes and no biscuits. but it was so yum. I am trying to keep my future self in mind when a craving comes along. pray for me tomorrow.
