Started my fast Saturday night at midnight. Let’s see how long I can go. 4 hours til the 24 hour mark. Hoping I can at least do a 3 day fast. Longest I’ve ever done is 5 days.

I went 36 hours this time. Midnight Saturday to 4pm today. I wanted to go longer but I bought shrimp cocktail at Costco today and it’s only good for 3 days and I didn’t want it to go to waste before I can finish it all🤦🏻‍♀️ I can easily do a 24 hour fast once a week. The key is to drink a LOT of water.
