Getting some lovely snow! (its lovely because i dont have to go outside) and I have a lovely view. Enjoying ghost on the TV and a protein lunch.
Did you know its 80 calories for 5 ritz crackers? It's fine, I always have extra left at the end of the day.

I don't worry about carbs. Carbs are satiated and of course I don't go overboard! (You should have seem me snacking my snacky snacks the first couple years of covid)! I started my weight loss journey 19 weeks ago. Started at 144 now 112 So believe I'm doing something right! I try/succeed to achieve 100g or more of protein a day and eat 1200 calories. I drink 1.7 Lt of water everyday (one glass with sugar free Kool aid) I exercise 30-50 mins a day and I go for walks! Weather permitting! If I couldnt enjoy food while dieting I would still weigh 144lbs. I feel like I'm the poster board of successful weight loss! Lol

ChunkyMonkeyHere, I'm so disappointed because I adore triscuits! I've passed them up several times! I wish they'd make a snake pack that I could have 2 at a time over a week as a snacky snacks! I love my snackies! 😂

I love triscuits too and I have no problem going through a box in a few days. I eat guacamole or cheese on them mainly. I started as a better alternative to tortilla chips (chips and salsa is my nemesis), but I actually prefer the triscuits now. One thing in their favor is they are made with whole wheat! 👍
