My weight fluctuated terribly over the past three weeks. I had covid, so I lost what I assumed was water weight. Then I had a weekend out of town where I slacked on all food accountability.

I'm at least glad I didn't gain from my last weigh-in.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
