The last few days I've felt horrible. Like my medicine isn't working. This is only my second month on it. I was hopeful. Just standing doing nothing my heart rate is 130 and my heart flutters. I managed to get in two walks today. 6400 steps today That's good for me for now. I made a sauce for the steak I don't feel like eating. When I'm so tired from the tachycardia I just need to lay down. The sauce is a red wine reduction.. mushrooms, onions, garlic, beef broth, red wine and heavy cream. 😋 I didn't add the cream yet. The whole house smells like beef bourguignon. I'll do that tomorrow. It's all in the fridge till I feel better. So annoying.

Oh honey! Have you informed your doctor to ask if this is normal for this medication??? Praying you feel better.

I'm sorry you're not feeling good but your mail does sound tasty I hope you're able to enjoy it later. I do understand not being able to enjoy food because of not feeling well though. I have the same issue each time I take my once a week immune suppressant. Today's the day I take that medicine so it always makes me feel bad and I typically don't eat much after lunch time and I won't eat much tomorrow because it will make me quite deal for much of today and tomorrow. 🤢 You did a great job to describing the meal though it sounded extremely tasty like something out of a magazine ✨ I hope you show us a picture tomorrow.

AncientHippie I've checked. Thanks. nothing they can really do. I'm on the third and best med. I had extensive testing done all last year, so I will just live with it this year. Wait and see. I don't want surgery cuz there is no guarantee and I'm not "bad enough" 🤣.

Leah, aww, that stinks with your once a week med. At least we have a few days we don't over eat. What I'd give to just feel normal again. 😕 maybe after I'm at maintenance for a few months, my body will adjust. I really had hoped it would have gotten better after losing my weight, but I guess that's not going to be the case. I still have hope.

I've gotten a little bit more used to it with time the first couple weeks I started taking it they were a little worried that I would have to take it through shot form. The first week I took it I lost a pound and a half so they had me skip a week before I started taking it away again now I just feel bad for a couple days so it's not too bad. They have tapered me off my other immune suppressant so that's pretty good they were worried I would develop PML and I was developing a lot of secondary infections. So this should help my insurance company allocate funds for my medications so it's only $35 to $40,000 a year versus the nearly $90,000 a year. It also helps with my rheumatoid arthritis joint symptoms as well. Which is why they chose to keep me on this medication instead of the other medication even though it didn't make me sick. So it's cheaper and it helps with more symptoms so that's good. But the bad thing is it makes me sick.

Tachycardia sucks, I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that. I had it for a few weeks as a post viral symptom a year and a half ago and it felt terrible and was scary. I hope this improves for you.

ddrudd wow. I'm so glad yours went away! A year ago, before i lost the weight, I couldn't walk from my car to the house. Thinking it was my wake-up call to lose the weight. Well, I knew for years I had PVCs and thought they just got worse. It's more like POTS - IST. Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia . Now i have a very cool home ekg gadget that confirms I'm not going INSANE 🤣

Wow, yeah, knowing you’re not insane is great… but it also confirms you really have the issue 😩 it sounds like you’ve done everything you can for now with doctors, so I hope you end up with a mysterious recovery. In any case taking control of your weight and health can’t be a mistake

I hope this is nothing serious and that you feel better soon.

Looks good, don’t know why I didn’t see your post from today; it’s been a crazy day, I weighed in today and was not happy with my weight loss, cause I’ve averaged 10,000+steps and walked 3.8 to 4.5 miles every day. Don’t understand it cause I did less my first week and lost 8lbs this week was 5lbs down.
