I'm fed up with feeling 'fat' and need to stop eating 'just because I'm bored'

My goal is to feel slim again and have a pic to post on Facebook that's of a slim person.

Keeping a food diary helped me a lot when I was starting out and discovered that I snacked a lot when bored. Entering food into the diary made me think and ask if I really wanted the food item or not!

Day two... cruising along. 686 cal yesterday. Shooting for 1500 today and getting my protein up to 90 grams.
