So I've been off diet/exercise for the past 5 days. Not completely, but for the most part. I gained like .5 a lb, but I plateued so I'm thinking it will be good for my metabolism, so we'll see what happens over the next week. Hopefully I'll roll over into the 140s and if i do i'll see that it'll be good for me to go off a few days at a time to make my body go WTF??
