Ingredients
• 1 pound lean ground turkey
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 2 heads romaine lettuce
• 1 cup tomatoes
• ¾ cup sweet pickles
• 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• ½ red onion
Big Mac Sauce
• ¾ cup lite mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
1. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Remove from heat and let cool while you prepare the other ingredients.
2. Once meat is ready, rinse and chop lettuce, chop pickles and tomatoes, and then peel and thinly slice the onion.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the big mac sauce ingredients until combined. If you want to sauce thinner (so you can drizzle it) add 1 tablespoon of water at a time and mix. Repeat until your desired consistency is reached.
4. Assemble the salad by placing the lettuce in a large serving bowl, Top with cooked beef, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and onion. Top with sauce and serve immediately.

Tyanne for posting a recipe! are you still pickles on the salad because it was more Big Mac style. I only used romaine lettuce, leanest hamburger, tiny onion in the hamburger, raw onion, tomato, lo-cal shredded cheese for the salad. the dressing was ketchup, mustard, mayo, rice vinegar, one tablespoon of sweet pickle relish, a teaspoon of swerve powdered sugar, garlic powder. onion powder, and paprika. a recipe seem to be identical! lol
