took all day but finally logged todays hibernation/food fest. i gotta knock off this butter & salt obsession. Again, a lot accomplished, volunteer wise but an entire WEEK without exercise? I berate myself, negative self talk, flounder & fall. Self prophecy. Thoughts?

Hot in summer. but winter is worth it is as i don't enjoy the cold. Low at night goes down to 31 degrees, and tolerable to nice in the day. I live in Southern Arizona in the Sonoran Desert. (lots of Saguaro Cactus)
