My first workout of sorts in many days: shoveling. Didn't get everything done that I wanted to do before I ran out of steam, and it left my lungs burning, but it was good to get outside. Cold, but sunny and beautiful here :)

You probably don't shovel all that much where you live now, JB! arybick -- I'm not into cold therapy, but living here, I get it. ;-) Diana - you get used to it. Plus, we like to get out in the snow and play, ex-ski bums and all. Morticia -- thanks! I do love how pretty snow is. It always makes me feel hopeful.
