Continuing with the small plate method. It works wonderfully.
And I am no longer hungry, your body adjusts quickly and you will get too full to eat more than a small plate. This way you can have whatever you want, though you will want to eat healthier foods, they fill you up more.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.7 lb a week
