I am 1 pound below my original goal. I knew I would pause here and maintain this weight a while to decide if I would like to lose 10 more or if I am happy at 144. The small plate way of losing weight has saved me from yo-yoing and feeling deprived. It is awesome. I love it. Slow and steady wins the race. At 50yrs I am focused on maintaining a healthy weight as opposed to losing drastic amounts quickly. I tell you what, it feels good. Thanks FAT SECRET, this site really was fun and helpful. :)
