Good morning fat secret family hope all is well.Workouts back on point strength coming back at a rapid pace mental health is way better than me and the Dr.expected anxiety and ptsd related stressor have been almost non existent.I know there will be ups and downs but I had been pushing it down deep for so long it was a part of my life for years.Now we rebuild take my time and I hate to say take of me as in the past I tried to help everyone besides myself and I found that is not healthy.have a great day fat secret family stay safe healthy and strong.

I'm glad you're feeling better! I learned the hard way that self-care is the most important thing you can do for your mental health. Self-care and self-love come in a cycle, just like anxiety & depression, one causes the other. 😉 It's easy to lose yourself when you have a good heart. I often have to remind myself, "I matter too!" Learning to put yourself first sometimes can be rough in the beginning (especially if you ever get so lost that you don't even know who YOU are or what YOU enjoy), but eventually you learn that no one can love you like you can. There are many people out there trying to make someone love them or show them more love/attention without realizing that it's self-love that they are longing for.
