1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 1/2 Bartlett pear, 12 fresh cranberries, 5 walnuts, 1/2 tbsp chia and 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

It was delicious but the protein was really low about 10 grams. I usually like around 30 grams minimum per meal. So I also had a protein drink. 😀
