Started running and spinning for the past 3 weeks. Lets see how this goes. I have also started drinking 2L of water again as this does play a significant role in weight loss. Feeling Good :)

You will see some good results from spinning. I know I am guaranteed to drop on the scale after I've been in a spinning class - and you burn more calories too.

Nice. I put on half a 0.5kg but I'm trying to eat super clean today to notch it down again.sigh.the struggle is real
