There is such a thing as going too far you know. Must have some pleasure in life, my few glasses a week are a must :D

I know lots of people don't like it but I find a glass of non alcoholic wine helps and has much lower calories. I only drink eisberg red wine in the week usually, unless there is a really special occasion.
