On the Tim Noakes banting diet. on Sunday 4th Oct indulged in about 1 cup of rice and Monday 5th Oct had half spur waffle with cream, no sauces. So will check my weight again tomorrow 6th October. Weght loss has decreased steadily, my Belly fat still a problem, so will continue until I've lost all the tummy fat.
