I've been on a plateau for about 6 weeks now and need to make some drastic changes. Figure I should re-start so I'm not thinking about the past, just focusing on my current goals.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
