I've not done a very good job on tracking my food over the weekend. I'm not sure why, I've found it a bit of a chore I guess. Must try harder there.

I ditched the swim for a run last week and it was very beneficial, although I was very sore with aches and pains for a couple of days afterwards, probably because I didn't warm down or stretch afterwards when i finished exercising. Another no-no there.

A good thing is that despite my weight not changing on the scales my sister noticed immediately that I had lost weight and my partner has definately seen a difference, and is encouraging me not to lose too much. I can fit into some of my jeans and a workskirt that was obscene is now nice and loose on me. This has been a great weekend in terms of seeing a result in the mirror after 6 weeks. ;-)
