Skparker's Journal, 15 September 2015

So I had a bad weekend, and a bad Monday. I'm dealing with a lot of personal/relationship issues and am eating out of stress and depression, which I hate. I wish I could change that into exercising out of stress and depression! Wouldn't that be nice? :)

Attempting to get back on track today, but I'm going to be afraid to weigh myself for the next week!

Thank you! I'm in therapy, which has been a great help, but depression and anxiety have been a part of my life as long as I can remember. I'm hoping adapting a better diet and adding more exercise will help with everything overall.
