Paketbote's Journal, 14 September 2015

I'll only be exersizing about 5 hours this week (3 1/2 today and 2 on Thursday) and I'm already freaking out O.o argh. I love working out but I'll have to do stuff for Uni and visit two friends.... I'm looking forward to seeing them but at the same time I just wanna go train :(

Edit: Okay, if I'm lucky I can make it to to Thaiboxing -and maybe also BJJ- on Wednesday, so it's not that bad :)

Is there an activity (maybe not working out) you can do WITH your friends? That way, you can visit and get exercise at the same time.

my friend is having a party because she just moved into her appartment, and I'm seeing the other person for a photoshoot^^ so no, not really... it's a good idea tho!

I love it! Even without the dancing, 5.5 hours of 'good, concentrated' exercise is more than adequate and probably not worth a 'freak out' (although it sounds like it's less than you're used to). That averages to almost an hour each day and allows for a day of 'rest.' I can understand the worry if you were getting into a routine that will be sidelined a bit, but that's going to happen in life so best to expect such 'interruptions', identify any possible workarounds, and then just get right back to it as your schedule 'normalizes' again.

Thank you @losinit1655 (quite ironic actually that you are telling me to calm down, with that username ;D) I guess I kinda needed to hear that... I usually train about 3-5 times a week 2-3 1/2 hours for each session. I just feel weird if I don't do anything for more than two days, haha^^ but yeah you're right :)
