Need to find a way to add more protien into my diet and make sure I remember to take a daily vitamin. Getting better about the exercise thing but I'm still struggling with evening snacking..

Protein powder in some juice or fat free milk comes in handy for the protein problems if your in a quick bind (I prefer lo-cal orange juice, they come out like Orange Julius). Otherwise, anything involving lentils, tofu, soybeans, chickpeas, etc. make healthy protein rich snacks/meals. Those can also work for late night snacking- some hummus on celery, for example. For vitamins, what works for me is, I try to organize them all in pill cases once a week (say Sunday). One basic one for my purse and a big one in the bathroom, so that when I shower in the AM I can take them after brushing my teeth. If I forget that in 'cause I'm in a hurry- I've got the backup in my purse. You'll find what works for you, just takes some experimenting. Good LUCK!

I am basically going to agree with the above about the vitamin issue. I have found that when I include it in any other activity I do at aproximately the same time each day, in my case as well it is brushing my teeth, it becomes extremely easy to do regularly. I also keep them out on the counter next to the sink, not 'hidden' in the medicine cabinet so there is a visual reminder every time I am at the bathroom sink.
