I started the WW diet in January and by May I had lost 40 lbs. I stop going to WW because I couldn't afford the monthly payments and decided to do it on my own. Well it hasn't been going that great, I have put on about 15 pounds of the 40. I decided to go back on the program but still can't afford the monthly cost. I searched the WEB and came across this site, which is God sent. I have found many of the tools that I was using on WW online to be here plus more. I am excited to be on here and hopefully I can find a group or a challenge that will be a support as I get back on the plan to loose this weight.
