One week of vacation that was mostly on plan. Still within my +-2 pounds of maintenance so not worrying.
258.6 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1677 kcal Fat: 114.26g | Prot: 104.29g | Carb: 53.19g.   Breakfast: Publix Egg Salad. Lunch: Granny Smith Apples, Eating Right Spring Mix Salad Greens, Olive Oil, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Dinner: Gwaltney Center Cut Bacon 30% Less Fat, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Mac's Snacks Red Hot Pork Skins, Philadelphia Spicy Jalapeno Cream Cheese. Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Roasted Seaweed Snack Packs, Plums, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Margherita Italian Style Pepperoni. more...
