Happy Sunday!
Going on a field trip today to the big city (Toronto) to see an Eric Clapton concert with a friend. Struggling a bit to figure out the food thing today as our transit time puts me smack into dinner time. Hopefully I'll find something there that won't blow my caloric budget.
I suppose this is part and parcel of adapting to situations in a healthy way.
Certainly a learning curve.
