with the exception of 2 chicken nuggets that I saved from going in to the dog dish off my son's luch plate I have been very good today. I'm back on track.
Mini goal is 185 for 9-27! It's gonna be tough, but I am determined to enter My sister-in-law's baby shower looking amazing. Shallow maybe, but she is the one that is always looking great, so I'm going to take advantage of the oppertunity and give her a taste of her own medicine.
I can do it!

I like to make smaller weight loss goals and focus on those. When I look at the big picture is discouraging. Go strong, go hard and you'll get there :)
