I know how you feel! I've been there many many times! Including this weekend, and eating too much when I should have been going to bed, not getting myself a snack! :) Please try not to beat yourself up about it, but try to think positively about how you will make the changes next time you're up against the same temptations. Try to visualize yourself making a better choice, and how good you will feel. :) Try to keep a positive mindframe, you want to lose this weight keeping your self-respect and having a healthy view of food and weight. :) You can do this, remember it's one step at a time! :) ~Susan~
