URGH! I'm so mad with myself!! I totally threw my diet overboard and did all that I told myself that I wasn't going to do this weekend. It started out ok then saturday afternoon I slipped with an icecream cone when all the kids just had to go.. And btw- I asked for kid size and got about a half gallon on my cone!.. Then dinner was very much on track, but what came after dinner was waaaaay off... then Sunday and Monday were not even close to being right. I weighed myself today and yup I gained right back what I had lost.
I'm going to do my best to use this as motivation and NOT DESTUCTION!! I really want to look great for my sister in laws baby shower in less then 3 weeks!

I know how you feel! I've been there many many times! Including this weekend, and eating too much when I should have been going to bed, not getting myself a snack! :) Please try not to beat yourself up about it, but try to think positively about how you will make the changes next time you're up against the same temptations. Try to visualize yourself making a better choice, and how good you will feel. :) Try to keep a positive mindframe, you want to lose this weight keeping your self-respect and having a healthy view of food and weight. :) You can do this, remember it's one step at a time! :) ~Susan~

Don't worry about this weekend. It's done & over with now. The only thing you can do is start from now. Everyone has those weekends but the most important thing is that you learn from your mistakes. You can do this. Hang in there & take it day by day. Start each by asking yourself what can I do today to bring me one step closer to my goal. Before you know it you will be at your goal weight.
