journaling, something I rarely do, but totally need to do.....so here goes...
I have so many reasons why I'm not losing weight and in reality, there is only one reason...me...im the reason I'm not losing weight...I dwell on all the negatives and allow food to soothe my soul...the only problem being the soothed soul is too short to remember , then the reality pulls thru and shit...im still fat and even more unhappy with myself, so food did nothing...in reality
so, today I am thinking about my self not in the present tense, but in the future tense,...a year from now....and how I want to look and feel! so today is day one...I have to start becoming accountable for my actions, my laziness and my life!
