i need to break under 50kg, so i'm going to try rearrange my calories so that i can have two snacks during the day (which i haven't been doing). this is my plan:
breakfast: 200 calories (scrambled egg on toast) lunch and dinner: 350 calories (an extra dinner portion for lunch) snacks: 50 calories each (mixed salad greens and oil free dressing) total: still 1000 calories.
i'll also continue hitting the gym 3 times a week and doing the hacker's diet workout at home each day.
i don't know why my body is so stuck at 50kg, but it's time to get it down to where i want it. it has occured to me that i am in great shape already, which is why progress is slow, and if i get too thin then i might be disappointed with how small my breasts get, since i think they are perfect as they are now, but i'd like to get to the bottom of my bmi and then make the decision to gain weight if i am not happy. not give up now because it's too hard to shake these last 5kg.
