I’m glad I have workouts for inside/home. It’s been pretty smoky here in Alaska due to local fires. Rough patch on the scale lately. Teetering between 180-182 for awhile. Just focused on enjoying the journey and trying to tweak the details. I hope everyone is having a good week! 🙂

Agreed otb but I’m sure your area has been much worse. We had a fairly long stretch this summer smoke free which was a pleasant surprise. Lol

So pretty, i use to live in Girdwood , Anchorage and friends in Homer. I would move back if the opportunity arised.
