Today's weight 64.7kg. Since I joined this site, I have lost 1 kilo. Yay! It has been 11days already. Just 1 kilo seems not too much but I am hoping to lose 1-2 kilos a month, so it is a little bit too fast
My secret for dieting is to eat less and to go swimming frequently. Just 30 mins medium fast swim keeps my diet under control. A while ago, I was trying to lose weight without any exercise but it did not go well. I think exercise is the key to my diet. It is really true that exercise suppresses your hunger. I feel less hungry than before.
My aim this week is to lose 700g and see 63.9kg!! Onwards!
