Didn't gain or lose since last weigh in. I am pleased as I just got back from vacation and didn't gain weight. I made the best choices I could and kept up on my food diary pretty well.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
