dinner was a bit of a disaster, since the restaurant was an hour away on bad roads, and not particularly fantastic, for all that it was swiss :P and i even gained a little weight, but i blame the sausage in my salad ;) i'm sure things will look different tomorrow.
111.3 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
