Yay first week. Thought I had not lost much then got on the scales. Very happy with the results. I joined 3 days after starting my diet, so the results are not quite as graphic as shown here.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
