Well, I have signed up for this site but admit I have not dieted as well as I should have. I have not lost much weight at all. And my exercise is nonexistent. I have fallen into that awful cycle of feeling terrible because I don't exercise and am soooo tired, but then I feel too terrible and tired to exercise.
Have to get up and just do it. I have to find a way to make myself do it. So, I am signing up for some challenges. Hopefully that will help motivate me. I have 75 lbs to lose and I really would like to do that before my back and knees give out from all this extra weight.
I feel badly too because I used to criticize my Mom for not exercising and "letting" herself get fat. Now I realize how hard it is for "us" not to get fat and to keep exercising even when there is alot of pain involved from back and knee injuries. I need to call and tell her that. I am not going any higher, but not getting lower in weight very fast either.
Well, just have to keep trying.
