150.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I want to lose 30 as well, I have lost about 10 on this banana diet, the diet includes a banana in the morning, drink tea throughout the day(I'm drinking Yerba Mate) especially right after the banana, eat whatever you want during lunch you Only avoid dairy & alcohol and eating past 8pm, the really kool think about this diet is that you have to force your self to eat because you're mainly full after lunch and don't want to eat anything after that, which lets you skip dinner! hence less calories and flatter stomach in the morning, maybe you should try this diet if you're interested.
