Did some Yolo this week and its not happening again. Its so hard when friends are somehow too kind to take me out but its a journey i am definitely gonna get to my goal.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
