Okay, fun's over. This business of not documenting what I eat and no excercise has definitely taken it's toll on me. I'm done. I'm back with both starting today. As I said, summer has made this difficult for me, but I'd rather have a little cheat here and there and be aware of it than have no regard for anything I eat all day long. I have no intentions of stopping again, but feel free to remind me of this if you see that I'm not living up to my end of the bargain!
