Starting to cut down on carbs for a while although I know how important good carbs are for metabolism and brain function and I know my initial weight loss will be all water weight but if I can stick with it, I'm hoping to drop a little fat. Adding the carbs slowly back will be the challenge because you go too fast and it will not be good.
