It's been a few days since I've finished the driver's safety course, but I am officially quitting soda today. Haven't had a drop since I've woken up and instead have drank water.

The chronic pain has been hell on my body the past few days. My right shoulderblade has been a constant source of discomfort and my legs go in and out of being numb, but I'm feeling all right, for the most part. Did about ten minutes on the treadmill before my one ankle started acting up. It's progress, at least, and I feel good after doing it.

Hang with it - are you on meds for your diagnosis? That may be part of thr slow weight loss. Good luck.
