Having a very painful IBS flareup from too many blueberries. Limit on blueberries is 1/2 cup. Used the heating pad for an hour, which helped bring the pain down some, but I am still hurting. Took the dicyclomine as well, 2 tablets. I will make ginger tea in the morning and use the heating pad again. Cannot tolerate 1 cup of blueberries, even though Monash says it is low FODMAP. The spasms of my bowel are very painful. Will be sticking to strict low FODMAP for a while until symptoms abate.
