I refuse to make two separate meals. When I cook dinner, the kids and my husband all eat it. If I am going to be healthy, then they are going to be healthy too! My husband does sometime take the kids out for fast food on the weekends, and I opt out of those excursions. I cannot say that everything I have whipped up has been a hit, but over the months I have been working to turn my eating around, I have hit upon quite a few recipes that have been popular with them.
