First time here in awhile. Went from Medifast back to Herbalife. Enjoying it this time especially the fruit and shakes. Walking three times a week. Let's get this weight off for good. Yea!

193.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb. Still to go: 48.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
