Took a couple days off from recording, still watched what I ate, but ate a few more calories than normal. Felt like I needed it after a crazy day of running around getting things done. I literally felt shaky and like I was just going to drop. I feel much better since I ate a little more. Back to it today though, don't want to get lazy. And it will be a fairly normal day, not nearly as active as the past 2.
