Ironic to claim 100% compliance with a 5 lb weight gain, but that is the folly of loading on the HCG diet. Two days of fat gorging has left me bloated and uncomfortale, but hopefully this will help me with my next 23 days of VLC dieting and my effort to blast off another 20 lbs. We will see.
275.6 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
