Last brunch at Eclipse. Fantastic flavors and the food won the day as I brought half home for later. Going to miss this place. Churro waffles with amazing flavors.

I wasn’t real apologizing for anything, just saying that my IHOP calculation was more correct than assumed. I counted the plate as about 1000 calories and I ate half. I will likely eat the other half today, or not. The carbs made me do it. 🤪

True confession time—-every Monday i look at Cookie Crumblz website and read about all the new cookies for that week, including pictures. Im living vicariously thru the photos. Im envious of those that can have foods like this without stirring up their sugar monster. I cannot so i enjoy the photos. Love the plot twist, that was a funny response. Different people respond differently to photo stimuli. Can’t make everyone happy but you made me happy😜
