Well as usual, official weigh in day has me up a lb from yesterday! Glad I weigh daily so I see that this up and down is very normal for me. Not discouraged and down from last weigh in day. I am keeping on! Going to start this week as official first week of OWL since last week I was out of town and low on calories and such. I feel good that I did not eat anything I wasn't supposed to while gone, although sometimes it was hard as I was with others and could not always pick a restaurant that would have Atkins friendly food.
