I just can't leave junk food alone, it's not that I eat it all the time, but at least once a week I just can't hold out, my husband and father in law love their sweet stuff (they don't need to lose weight)it would not be fair to ask them to give up what they like and don't need to, I just need to get some more will power!!!! just kicking my own butt.

have you thought about asking them to put it where you can't find it? i had to do that with the potato chips my dad gets. i've long since found them but once they weren't in my reach for a while i lost the immense craving for them.

they do most of the stuff, but these were donuts, so they put them in the refrig. I just have to say no, grab some fruit and walk away. will power, will power!!!! but thanks for the comment.

Dee, i sure identify! Just today mu Grandson, who is tall and thin, bought so. Dougnuts and they just kept calling out to me each time I went into the kitchen, so like you I picked up an apple and left the kitchen. It worked!😀
