First week back is always the easiest because something hits inside of me that says change must happen NOW. It is the long haul where I stumble. I am proud of myself for last week's efforts but nervous for business travel to Las Vegas this week. I will be out of my "home" routine and that can be tough. My goal is to not undo my accomplishments of last week and stay true to logging food, working out and planning what I am going to eat.
211.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
